1.Cool Mint Tea

A  few mint leaf,clean up,pouring boiled water,

add a moderate amount of sugar, natural cooling.

After 3 ~ 5 drinks per day,perfect comfortable,

2.Mint Ice

Pouring 4 bowls of water into the pot and boil, add

peppermint water for 5 minutes, let cool.The mint in

the fridge frozen into ice water.
