Why it is called Guanpian Oishi Green Tea?

Liu An is a name of city where it produces this green tea. Gua Pian; Traditionally, it is called Gua Zi Pian( Sunflower seed slice because of the dry tea leaves shape), then people cut the name short to call Gua Pian, so many people thought it means " water melon slice".

However, it is named because of its shape like sunflower seed in ancient China. The best Liu An Gua Pian is from the Qiyun mountain, Jinzhai county(belongs to the governance of Liuan city).
